Every project on this page falls into work we do every week for homeowners in Conway, Myrtle Beach, and the rest of Horry County. Here is what each type of job usually involves, so you know what to expect before you call.
Porches and Decks
Porch and deck work is where Iconic Improvements LLC built its reputation. Our humid climate is hard on outdoor wood, so most jobs start with finding soft boards, loose railings, and rot in posts or framing. From there we replace what is damaged, rebuild steps and railings, and stain and seal so the finish holds up. Interior and Exterior Painting
Good paint jobs come down to prep. Inside, we fill, sand, and prime before the first coat so cut lines stay sharp. Outside, we pressure wash and repair damaged siding and trim first, because paint will not stick to wood that is already failing. See our painting services.
