How We Work
Every project starts with a phone call to Kenny. He asks a few questions about what you need, and for most jobs he schedules a visit to your home to measure, take photos, and look for anything that could change the scope, like rot behind a tile wall or a soft spot in a porch floor.
After the visit you get a written, itemized estimate. Materials, labor, and timeline are spelled out, so you know what you are paying for before any work starts. Estimates are free.
During the job we protect your floors, furniture, and landscaping, keep the work area clean, and keep you updated on progress. When we finish, Kenny walks through the work with you, handles any punch-list items, and explains our written warranty.
